In the 21st century, soft skills are crucial for daily work, yet schools and colleges often emphasize technical skills, neglecting soft skill development. With this project, we aim to bridge this gap by providing youth with opportunities to become next-generation leaders equipped with essential soft skills for future success.
Impact
Engaged 400 participants, including JCI members, college students, government agencies, NGOs, and professionals. Nearly half of the participants were students, providing them exposure to real-world experiences. Triumph Talk inspired participants through insights into professional success, motivating them to pursue their ambitions with practical strategies.
